Partner With Us
Rivertree Academy has many community partnerships that make this education possible for Lake Como students. Whether it is through volunteering with us, sponsoring events, leading hands-on projects, or providing our students with new opportunities, we are grateful for every person who invests in the lives of our students.
Interested in partnering with us? Contact our Volunteer Coordinator & Community Liaison for more information at abbie@rivertreeacademy.org
We love partnering with organizations with similar missions and goals. Here are some of the ways that we partner with other organizations in the Fort Worth area that benefit our mission and goals:
-
Learn Well
In addition to the academic excellence that staff at Rivertree fosters, we also have had partnerships with programs like Starpoint School at TCU or Sit Beside, where students with learning differences receive additional support. Our goal is to give all students the resources they need to succeed!
-
Love Well
What should we know about the services you provide? Better descriptions result in more sales. While at Rivertree, our students are learning how to love others and themselves. Monthly volunteer-led mentoring, as well as a partnership with Academy 4, gives our students the chance to connect with others on a deeper level. Our partnership with CCPD (Fort Worth PD) also provides funding for our Behavior Management program, which teaches our students how to express complex emotions and heal from trauma in a healthy, productive way.
-
Work Well
Through our after-school program, our students are given many opportunities to participate in enrichment clubs and activities that expose them to a diverse set of skills. We recently introduced performing arts and athletics to Rivertree, which has continued to open doors to our students! If you are interested in leading an after-school club or providing expertise that will help our students to "work well", please contact us.
-
Lead Well
Rivertree Academy is focused on growing young leaders that will enact change in their community. By encouraging and equipping our students to be great leaders, we teach our students how to "lead well". Partnerships with organizations like Operation Progress Fort Worth help to make this possible.
